Utrecht University has commissioned the renovation of the university building (Achter Sint Pieter 200) in the centre of Utrecht. The renovation focuses on making the complex future-proof.
On behalf of BAM Bouw en Techniek, we calculated, assembled, tested and supplied distribution panels in Prisma P, G and Pack (by Schneider Electric) for the energy distribution in the building.
Panels
In September we delivered two main distributors:
- 1 x HVK in Prisma P | 1000 A | Construction type 4a | IP30 |1200 kg
- 1 x HKL in Prisma P | 1000 A | Construction type 4a | IP30 |400 kg
At the beginning of December we delivered 24 sub-distributors, of which 23 in Prisma Pack and 1 in Prisma G.
Particularities
Measurements in the panels are carried out by current transformers and IEM meters. The main distributor was delivered in 7 separate parts due to the route through the basement. The panel was set up on location (with assistance from transporter Van Dam) and connected by the Elektro International service team.
