This month, our service technicians connected a brand new distribution panel as an extension to the electrical installation of the iColo data center in Mombasa, Kenya.

Since the opening of the Kenyan data center in 2017, which was the first to unlock the African cloud, we have been asked to supply various distribution panels. This new 1600A distributor in the Okken system by Schneider Electric, with a length of almost 5.5 meters, powers the new data racks yet to be installed. Project partner Zwart Techniek also installed a diesel generator in a container housing as an extension of the emergency power installation.
