As an engineer and builder of distribution and control panels we make it our business to master electricity. But before our mechanics actually assemble your system, we try to master something completely different: the purchase orders.

 

Elektro Internationaal works with a professional purchasing department that goes to the max to keep our in house stock at the right level. And especially to keep tabs on our suppliers in order to avoid delays in deliveries of panel components and to ensure the best price for our end product.

The purchasing department is supported by a special purchasing dashboard that enables the purchaser to see all vital supplier information on agreements concerning price and delivery in one clear visual. And because the dashboard (Qlikview) is linked to the ordering system, insightful reports on supplier performance can easily be rendered. Per supplier deliveries can be checked for delivery time exceedances, errors, shortages, damage or defects. The purchase department can react accordingly by asking for a delivery time reduction or reordering faulty components.

 

This dashboard is the perfect guide to action and provides a clear view on overall supplier performance.
